The Lycian Way is a waymarked long-distance trail of about 540 km on Turkey’s Mediterranean coast, running across the Teke Peninsula from Fethiye to Antalya. It links the ancient cities of the Lycian civilisation with pine forests, mountain villages and turquoise bays, which is why it is counted among the world’s best long-distance hikes.
Our Lycian Way tours let you walk its most beautiful sections without the planning. Join a guided group hike of 5 to 7 days from Fethiye, Kaş or Antalya, book a private hike tour with your own guide, or walk at your own pace on a self-guided Lycian Way hike of 2 to 7 days. We arrange accommodation, transfers and luggage transport, so you only carry a day pack.
Along the way you will see Ölüdeniz and Butterfly Valley, Faralya and Kabak Bay, the long sands of Patara, Xanthos and Letoon, the harbour town of Kaş, the sunken city of Kekova, the rock tombs of Myra and the eternal flames of Chimaera above Olympos. You can add day hikes and activities such as sea kayaking, diving or a Kekova boat tour.
The best time to hike the Lycian Way is April, May, September and October. Not sure which route suits you? Read which Lycian Way tour is right for you or contact us for advice.
