  • Hiking Shoes: Lycian Way Hiking trail will consist of hard ground and some stony areas. So you should have a boot with a hard sole and ankle shoes.

Itinerary

  1. Day 1 : Arrival to Dalaman Airport and Check in Hotel

    Our Shuttle transfer Service departs at 09:45am from Dalaman airport. Please buy your flight ticket for 09:00am landed flights or you can arrive 1 day before and stay at Hotel in Fethiye. Departure from Fethiye 10:30 am.

  2. Day 2 Ovacık-Mount Babadağ-Butterfly Valley-Faralya 14 km - 6 hours trekking.

    Over view for Route : The walk starts from 1000 m height above sea level and 400 m ascent and 350 m descent Pension : Faralya After breakfast we will transfer to Ovacık Lycian Way hiking point. There is the starting point of the Lycian Way Trail. We'll follow the way which is along the ridge of Mountain Babadag. Trekking route is in forest and path. This trail is the the most magnificent view for trekkers. It contains the blue lagoon (Oludeniz), butterfly valley and paragliders. Then we will arrive to Faralya. Accommodation in a pension in Faralya.

  3. Day 3 Faralya-Kabak Hiking 12 km / 5 hours

    Today’s trail begins with breathtaking views over Butterfly Valley , home to the famous Jersey tiger butterflies. We hike down toward Kabak Valley , enjoy a refreshing dip in Kabak Waterfall , and continue along the coastal cliffs with views of Kabak Bay . The day ends in Alınca Village , perched above the sea at the start of the “Seven Capes.” Dinner with a stunning sunset panorama.   4. Day 4 Alınca-Ge Village Hiking 9 km

    After breakfast, we begin directly from our lodge. The trail opens up to Seven Capes (Yedi Burunlar) — one of the Lycian Coast’s most dramatic views. We descend along zigzag paths, rest at Yassı Kaya with a view over Paradise Bay , then continue through forests and meadows to Ge Village for lunch. In the afternoon, we settle into our eco-bungalows overlooking the sea. You may walk down to the secluded beach for a swim before dinner.   5. Ge Village – Gavurağılı Descent – Karadere

    We start early and head toward Patara , passing through pine forests and Bel Village , where we stop for lunch. Then comes the trail’s most challenging part — the Gavurağılı Descent , a steep rocky section leading down to Karadere Beach . We end the day at our coastal accommodation with a well-deserved dinner. Distance: 13 km | Elevation: +620 m | Level: Challenging Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner | Accommodation: Bungalow, Karadere

  6. Day 6 Delikkemer-Patara Hike 8kms (4hours)-Optional

    Today, we have free time, if you want, you can explore the Kalkan or Kaş or you can join the hike. For hikers, after a short transfer, we arrive to Delikkemer that is the impressive Roman aqueduct. That huge water canal system provide the water for Patara city and it comes from Çavdır Mountain village. We walk through this ancient aqueduct road to the city of Patara. We explore Patara ancient city, the capital of the Lycian Union. You will see the first parliament of the world. We explore the theatre, assembly building, Roman bath, temples, main streets and other ruins in the city with the explanation of our guide. Have a swimming break at the sandy beach of Patara.
